What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is open to ideas and suggestions. Great collaborative environment. Appreciate how they are willing to explain the "Why" as we continue to make shifts/pivots in our direction or processes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of my team is how we are all in this together. Same mission, vision and core values. Tough days come and go. When you have a team alongside you that understands the hustle, it makes it worth it.
