What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with each leader during my interview process
I like the interview with the managers, gave me a good feel for how training would go
The interview process for a tech position was pretty standard, and I liked that it assessed a variety of skills, including nontechnical ones.
Interview focused on real world application design as opposed to raw technical questions
I appreciated spending time with the founders and developing a deep understanding of their vision for the business.

That I get to perform my task without getting burnt out
