Executing, Strategic Thinking, Relationship Building and Influencing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. A good start would be telling the truth for a change. All you get are lies,lies& more lies
What is the best part about your compensation package?
One of the most basic elements in any compensation package is health insurance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because manager constantly lies and wil steal a trip from you every time she has a chance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Clear and compelling goals, Clear and agreed-upon roles and Simple, effective processes
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Many of them never even pull out the dipstick let alone other checks. Also, don’t sanitize vehicle when trip is done
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Maintaining an effective culture is so important that it, in fact, trumps even strategy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to be totally removed and new people brought in

Sociable colleagues, Doing tasks that have meaning for me, Constructive feedback, Smiling co-workers, Having a mentor and A good training program

Quit lieing to people and change management. ALL MANAGEMENT!!
