I had the opportunity to meet with people from a variety of teams that I would be working with ahead of time, and see their personalities/interactions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership is open and accessible - if you have an idea, they want to hear it. If you have an issue - they want to solve it. They are just as much of a part of the team as everyone else, and treat all the team members with respect, which really shows how much they value everyone's contributions
