it's not the best place to work but does pay the bills, heard before i applied there that it is not a good place to be

it all depends on the person you get for the interview
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
they hire just anyone and there is so much turnover because most people are unhappy in their jobs
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there needs to be less back stabbing among coworkers and I have no idea how that could be improved
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we can only go so far in the pay scale, it stops at a certain rate and our only increases are cost of living after so many years there
