What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team started at ground level and worked there way up to leadership positions
Innovative ideas. Offer support when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to work on communication, transparency, and consistency.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company offers decent pay and benefits and the perks of being a full time employee are far above average for any industry
Free coffee maker after 90 days. All day long, free coffee and other beverages.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see the quality insurance and 401k contributions restored.
we can only go so far in the pay scale, it stops at a certain rate and our only increases are cost of living after so many years there
What are some of the best things about your team?
Open minded. Would like change.
My team has good communication and we are a major part of the Bunn family
They are down to earth people that help each other rather than just themselves.
Everyone works well together and we are each others support team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
there needs to be less back stabbing among coworkers and I have no idea how that could be improved
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter the daily challenge, we all come together to meet the goals given us.
Very involved in community service and volunteer frequently for local needs.

Two level interview that focused on experience within the required skill set needed for job. No wasted time.

Good team of honest, smart coworkers.
Knowing we are putting out the best equipment
I enjoy new challenges to overcome.
Customer base is made up of great people from all over the country.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
they hire just anyone and there is so much turnover because most people are unhappy in their jobs

The feel of "family" from the owner to the newest members of the team
