improve the culture around getting injured/sick or mental health issues. they don't get treated seriously enough, it's funny coming from a company that rates safety to be their highest priority. aslo less gossiping would be good
their attitude and perseverance, especially in covid. being one of the only paces open is a massive struggle because it brings in large quantities of people when there should be not even half of the amount that comes in. also we don't deserve the abuse we gert from customers for simply doing our job
