Listen to employees more and realise that one person can not do the work of 3 or 4 people
Communication. It would be nice if they would come out of the office every once in a while. How are the performance reviews accurate if they never NEVER see you work.

improve the culture around getting injured/sick or mental health issues. they don't get treated seriously enough, it's funny coming from a company that rates safety to be their highest priority. aslo less gossiping would be good
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare is great yes
Team discount. Makes up a little for the low pay

Having to memories the entire store and put up with ride customers
We all want more pay
New management but really they are all the same

Gets the job done despite the interference from senior management

The feeling that we are all in this together and we try really hard to support each other

The interview process is ridiculous. How you look on a piece of paper is different to how you looking in person.

It has been a long time since my interview but I remember that it was long and a lot more harder to get in then than now
