The interview process is ridiculous. How you look on a piece of paper is different to how you looking in person.

Meeting the manager face to face
They asked questions like a friend not like a superior
It has been a long time since my interview but I remember that it was long and a lot more harder to get in then than now
It was just a chat
The process seemed fair and managers knew what they were looking for
Taking the interview as a casual talk between friends.
The group interviews were fun and got you to relax
The job looked ok at the time
it was treated like a conversation and casual rather than a very formal process.
