Our pay is not competitive.

I feel undervalued because I'm expected to add more workload to my plate due to labor shortage without fair compensation If we're not adding more staff, we need to be paid fairly for the workload. My management team also reminds us they receive high bonuses while we don't have a fair wage

management does not address deficient employees in a timely manner, nor do they reprimand deficiencies needed.

Stop over working employees physically to the point of accidents inside and outside the facilities
Local branch management has people that are condescending, rude, and tear down teamwork. Allowed by upper management
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Do it at a much faster pace. The interview process we use is a joke. Good candidates are lost because they get sick and tired of waiting.
