What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, insurance, EAP, pension etc
Private health cover they look after you
Pay increase for performing staff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To better value the staff that go out of their way to provide care
The load of work being done is tremendous and physically disabling in the long run. People with a possibility of being exposed to hazardous environments should have a really big compensation.
Employees are not always empowered to make their own decisions
What are some of the best things about your team?
Eveeyone os freindly helpful and amzing
We treat each other with respect and trust each others capabilities, helping each other to achieved our common goal.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked how fast they got back to me
The questions asked and the frendly staff member interveiwing
It made me realized our capabilities ang how we do our best for our residents.
Easy going friendly approachable,felt you could be honest with out judgement

Pay, salary, benefits, knowing I helped someone
When our residents are happy with the smile on their faces. When my team achieved our goal even we sometimes feel tired.
Working with so many amazing people. Staff and residents
Work flexibility and support of peers
the team and our customers. Providing a great service that i am proud of.
