What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is good the managers are very helpful and patient

Manager needs to go hes very disrepa
giving your paycheck on time
Work and stop standing around talking. Also stop firting with minors
EVERYTHING! I am black and I don't feel like I have received fair treatment like some of my white co workers get. Sure work the black woman into ill health with no health benefits.
Training, running a shift, making schedules, not getting involved in employees personal life.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
A lot of options for insurance plans.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increase in pay per hour
401k, stock grants, bonuses, perks
More listening and less talking.
the pay is bad compared too all of our task
There was no benefits but the pay. And i only got paid more than my team because of how good i was. in the end they must always prove that you are replaceable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works together to get everything done
Alignment, review of weekly sales, pipeline of development review
we make an amazing team
Great funny and look forward to seeing them daily
Everyone is unique. Nobody ever says, that's not my job, we never give up on those who don't give up on themselves and at the end of the day our strengths and weaknesses go together, hand in hand.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to take their job serious
Stop lying & being honest.
they need new people and new management
Work as a team. Be more aware of their surroundings and the things that are happening right in front of them.
They all harassed me for being a girl and would be mean, I got choked before, no manager seemed to care at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone likes each orher and are different
Training, team building, celebrating together
The fact that every single ingredient is natural. There are options for everyone, and we strive to make sure that everyone gets exactly what they want. Everything's made with love and we are a unit. Through and through
They gave me an opportunity I never regretted it and haven’t looked back sin
Nothing at all is positive except that I like cooking.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to be more respectful
better management and clean work place. bathrooms are always dirty and have no supplies
The store owners/franchisee owners just leave it to us. Never step in even when asked to help. Make no effort to ever step foot in their store or to appreciate the value in the "lowly" store workers. Money hungry and could care less about our quality of life and it being negatively affected.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked being able to sit down with the store manager and talk to the person that would give me hours or hire me.
Great recruiting team is high energy and fun
It was relatively quick, I was hired on the spot. I came dressed professionally, with resume in hand. The gm was friendly in the beginning.
The managers strive to make sure that the person being interviewed has their undivided attention and company hospitality. They look for not only where someone's been, and where they want to be, but they strive to see how that person is determined to get there.

What makes you most happy at work?
The customers if anything not the job
Deals, new restaurants, travel, learning
Clocking out and knowing that you're off the next two days!
I love what I do, the people I serve, and what it means to belong to something greater
Love seeing the same faces come back daily knowing that we made their day
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need better management and new staff members
Pay the people that actually run your stores what they're worth. Not everyone deserves minimum wage if they're putting in way more effort and actually care more than some of the "higher-ups".
I was harassed immediately clocking into a shift by an employee that would sexually harass me and I left out of anger and fear and now it's called abandonment.
The gm does not know how to talk to his employees
