General manger runs everyone away. Employees are never properly trained. Everyone gets blamed for lack of training but management. Shortcuts are taken alot. Staff goes under appreciated. And they will over work their employees for little pay. Not the best first job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training, running a shift, making schedules, not getting involved in employees personal life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There was no benefits but the pay. And i only got paid more than my team because of how good i was. in the end they must always prove that you are replaceable.
