Better communication top to bottom, better wages and treatment would increase production and save cost in hiring/training.

I receive free dental care and the vision package is quite good.

The culture and environment of my department is inclusive and supportive. People are treated with respect and allowed to grow. The company culture is oppressive.

What makes me happiest is seeing the success and growth of my team. Secondly, helping people in crisis to find skills to improve their mental condition in the moment.
