They are always improving benefits overall. Good health insurance, which is rare these days. Very strong salary and good bonus structure.

There is flexibility to be compensated in different ways, which for me was about having more work/life balance and working 4 days/week.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i feel I deserve Higher pay for amount of workload. Would like more funding behind health benefits - $1,000 for COMBINED naturopath, massage etc is low based on today's costs.
