Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is critical to the public view and legal issues that can be detrimental to the company. Comparable companies pay a lot more that what I get.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They don't listen to or adhere to changes at first, but they do it once pressure is put on them.

Special Events for the employees, for the most part, the ofice work area is quiet.

My supervisor takes the time to meet with me weekly for updates. She doesn't always like or agree, but she listens fair
