They don't listen to or adhere to changes at first, but they do it once pressure is put on them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Special Events for the employees, for the most part, the ofice work area is quiet.

I chose myself because I'm on my own now
What makes you most happy at work?
My supervisor takes the time to meet with me weekly for updates. She doesn't always like or agree, but she listens fair
