. The "leadership team" has no idea what I actually do and neither does the program manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company's match for 401k and sharing the win bonus with the employees
I have grown with the company and recognized for the handwork and efforts, investment of my time in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
BI bids low for government contracts then cuts salaries to make a profit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is available and ready to help any time. We are each others back up.
We believe in team work, transparency, no ego or politics.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I expect no improvement from BI.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support, positivity and motivation you get from your boss
Lot of positive energy, attitude and motivation

Improvement with the English language would be greatly appreciated.

The interviewer gives us that comfort space and direct communication with manager
