This is one of the best places I've ever worked. Almost two years in, I still feel like they care about individual employee experiences, opportunities for growth and development, and diversity. What can this brand most improve?

Business Solver is a terrible TPA for COBRA. Requested to have my file sent over 4 times -- 2 times "Urgent due to medical necessity". Yet, you all state you sent it to Anthem, but Anthem hasn't received it. No confirmation #s are provided and just terrible CS.
