Since I'm in a leadership position, I would like to be compensated like other managers in the company.

What I liked the most about the interview process was how quick it was. I didn't have to wait long to hear back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've been with BBE for over 3 years and in my 17 years of working experience I've never worked for a company like BBE. They hired me with little experience and helped me grow. Now I'm leading a team. I couldn't have done it without the "growth mindset" of Joe and the leadership team. Thank you!
