What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on personal development is what I enjoy most. I think it empowers everyone to keep a positive attitude and deal with challenging situations better.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've seen myself step out of my comfort zone consistently while working here. It's rewarding and fulfilling to see myself do things I have been too scared to do in the past.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think having a growth mindset makes everyone more open to new ideas and processes. I think all of my teammates are very good at adapting to changing processes and things which is very important in companies.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was more about the person they were interviewing and less about what I looked like on paper. I didn't have a ton of experience but I was confident I had the skills necessary. They allowed me to show my skills, instead of ignoring me due to a less-qualified resume.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the Executive leadership does not fully understand the value of the Creative teams. I know that my managers and department leads are fighting for us to get compensated more fairly and I am willing to wait for that to change because of the opportunities for growth that I have at the company.
