For the most part, I love working at BBE. People seem to trust me and my skills, encourage me to see my ideas through, and care about me. Sometimes communication, particularly between departments, has been an issue, but overall, it's a fantastic company with excellent leadership.

The leadership team's focus on growth at BBE makes me feel like they care about their employees as individuals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This is possibly the first job I've had in which I feel that everyone on my team is responsible and hardworking. They're also just generally good people who care about others and about doing their best work.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt like my interviewers were mostly getting to know me, and that helped me feel like I was getting to know them and the company as well. They were friendly, and I remember one of them saying something like "We expect that people will make mistakes." That's ultimately what made me want the job.
