The relationships I get to build. I love solving problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels like we are always growing and always pushing the limits of what we can do. There is always collaboration between the teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has a good grasp on how they want to lead the company and where they want to go. They honestly care about the individuals that work here and help them develop.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along really well. They know how to make things fun. More importantly, they always have each others back. They are always looking to lift others as they work, they aren't looking to step on someone to make themselves look good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its hard to take time off, if you miss a day it feels that you have to play catch up for a week just to get it back to normal. The commission structure needs a little work to help compensate successes. There is no 401K.
