It has been an absolute whirlwind. Things move and change rapidly and you must be able to adapt. There is an expectation that you continue to grow, not just perform your job at a certain standard but to break that standard. It's difficult, and rewarding.

Working in the office was a joy because there was always a sense of light-heartedness.

That they're constantly looking for ways that they can improve themselves, our processes, and us as employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Theres a real sense of being a 'team'. Nobody on the team is condescending or rude to the other members. Everyone's kind and supportive.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I feel that leadership is supportive of me, and I feel like I've been taken into consideration when changes are made/things are done that will affect me. When the others company is enjoyable and we're having fun while doing our jobs.
