Worked at Buy Buy Baby, 8 years never had a problem with schedule. As I work two jobs, one being at the Frisco independent School District for the last 14 years. And worked a third job across the street from BB baby. But unfortunately had to quit because of a conflict with the schedule since Covid

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More of the Store Mngr to notice and acknowledge one's working abilities and gives credit or a small thank you for your hard work but goes unnoticed
