What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More work Ethic's and wanting to make our store the best there is
They need to communicate more efficiently and respectfully. They also need to share the work
They need to be better with their Communication skills
Everything. Most of the managers hide in the office all day barely come out and help on the sales floor. And if the few they have picked to be " the chosen" they get away with so much inappropriate things within the work place and nothing is done about. No one wants to go to the managers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More of the Store Mngr to notice and acknowledge one's working abilities and gives credit or a small thank you for your hard work but goes unnoticed
I feel undervalued bc i do more work than others and the managers. The managers depend on me to do something and that something should have already be done.
Minimum wage of at least 15/hr
Cause we dont have enough help or those we do have not want to work cause of how they are treated.

Our benefits are getting worse every year. Company does not invest in employees.

Fun to be around and work with
Working together and getting things done as accurately as possible
They are nice. Nice to work with, can share roles

Less backbiting, and more cooperation
More compaction for other humans and not be such bullies.

We all get along great and back each other up when we can

Not every one is treat the same. Some are the managers favorite people get away with everything not matter the wrong they do. And the managers are no help.
