Everyone on my team works extremely hard, but we are gracious towards one another. When one of us needs help or flexibility, others on the team step in a help enthusiastically.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt my interviewers were gauging more than my skills. My interview felt like I was getting to know friends. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and I was encouraged to ask questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love working for a company with a strong sense of social responsibility. While we are a for-profit company, what we do with those profits, I know were intentional about making the world a better place.
