What do you like best about the leadership team?
Keep listening and reaching out.
The team has an incredible vision for the future and uncanny instincts. We have grown a lot in the past 2 years and it is due mostly to bright leaders that have a vision and work tirelessly to execute on that vision. They have built an amazing team and I am thrilled to be a part of it.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a diverse team. Bright and articulate. Everybody gets the goal and is working to achieve it. We don't have anybody that is dragging us down. They also know how to have fun. We have parties and great chit-chat that makes coming to work a pleasure.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People feel comfortable to be themselves. Ask for help when they need it. Nobody is judging if you don't have an answer or have not solved a particular issue before. We raise people up...not hold them down.
