Work Time is around 10 Hr with Target and once Target is achieve tell you to push more
Long working hours, effectively reducing your salary to 2/3rd of its value.

Conduction with customer it was helping me alot to restructure of my next session to achieve fast!

yeah the part most important the interview process is that the interviewer check most the confidence in the person who is iterviewed in front of them.
