What do you like best about the leadership team?
President really cares about every employee and always doing the right thing. Incredibly humble.
Open minded, fair and focused on moving the bank forward.
The leadership at Byline varies based on your department. I like that my leadership team listens to my suggestions.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on people and making quick decisions
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great medical/dental plan. Excellent HSA match from the company.
PTO, awesome medical plan, HSA contribution
The HSA contribution is a pretty nice option.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Byline does not give raises. The salary you receive when you hire will stay the same. The only way to increase your pay is promotion
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with terrific people who genuinely care about one another.
My team is like a family. We always cover for each other and when someone is ill we always check on that person.
We all have a say in how we develop our department and they genuinely care

Culture that cares about us as individuals.
The teamwork is good and most of staff are friendly

It is on a growth track that is going in the right direction, meeting the vision will be great
