There are 2 partners who own the company but a third person runs it day to day
How's the vacation policy at C & A Marketing, Inc.?
Pretty good, they close for a bunch of Jewish holidays plus you get 1 week vacation and 1 week sick time
How's the work life balance at C & A Marketing, Inc.?
none existent. If they could have you work 24 hours a day 7 days a week and pay you the same they would. All staff has to come in and work Sundays during the holiday season.
