What's going wrong and how can it be improved?No accountability and NO INVESTMENT in IT
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Being paid moe. Bonuses are 2% at most a year. Its below the rate of inflation. If you get a promotion (which is rare), you inly get a 5% increase in pay. The company is broke and on the brink of bankruptcy
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Give everyone a fair shot. Stop picking favorites and refusing to rerimand management who has shady practices or tons of complaints. President gave a bonus of $25 to an employee who helped to cober her position and another when the employee left for 9 months. All she got was $25 as a bonus
