Being human and understanding work/life balance. The same people that preach it are the ones making ridiculous demands on employees
Make better business and people decisions. Be innovative thinkers instead of just following in the footsteps of your competitors.
Leadership needs to be more accountable for bad business decisions and consider retirement.
Innovate, speed up decision making and have less meetings.
Everything. Culture is Terrible. They have toxic people in HR running the show.

401K and vacation time are my favorites.

The medical benefits keep getting worse every year.
Because I work with people who do drugs and yet no one wants to do anything about it. How many times can one person get sent to rehab and still have their job!

Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful

Quit acting like little Jr high girls. Always have to be be drama

Stop getting rid of good employees that actually know what they are doing.
Production managers need to actually do their jobs
To late to save. The Alpharetta office will close by 9/2020 all due to mismanagement
