Executive Bio
Shea Bodet brings almost 20 years of Finance and Accounting experience in the restaurant space to the team. Prior to joining Cafe Rio in 2019, Shea was a key member of the executive leadership team at BJ’s Restaurants, a $1.2+ billion publicly-traded casual dining restaurant chain based in Southern California. Shea received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach. After spending her entire life in sunny Southern California, Shea, her husband, Paul, and their dogs relocated to Utah and are enjoying all the fun and outdoor activities the beautiful state has to offer!
