It is all about respect and showing others that you appreciate the job they are doing for you

Your sick leave and vacation time the company is trying to get out of paying me for my vacation time
What did you like most about the interview process?
The part where they tell you that you don't have to worry about tools they would supply everything you need!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect their employees and understand that as in any business for their employees to do their job they must have the supplies to do the job correctly which rarely happens and then they want to put the blame on the employees when acutely it's their fault for not having the proper supplies.
