How do I do well in an interview at Cal-Maine Foods?
basically you answer the questions as best as you can. they really pretty much hire anyone they call for an interview because they cant keep people
Be 100% yourself. They are some of the most down to earth people I have ever met. Highlight your willingness to start at the bottom and work your way up. You need to be able to multitask and reprioritize on a dime.

i did like the flock team you do have to work 8 to 10 days straight but its overtime the time goes by fast and you also get a good bonus

you are very secure if you do your job and show up every day. if you need a day off tell them in advance at least 24 hrs and they have no problem with it
