Respect their employees and understand that as in any business for their employees to do their job they must have the supplies to do the job correctly which rarely happens and then they want to put the blame on the employees when acutely it's their fault for not having the proper supplies.

let the little people who are the labor workers get involved in a company more and wages little bit more and all around bonuses for the labor workers to, not just for supervisors get bonuses but everyone should get a bonus each year. Be more caring we make company happen too. Wages , bounce,

Your sick leave and vacation time the company is trying to get out of paying me for my vacation time
If we weren't worked so hard for the pay we make!

It is all about respect and showing others that you appreciate the job they are doing for you
Actually care about the workers and listen. Not just assume that we all just fake things in order to go home.

i just believe you should get paid alot more than min wage for the work you have to do. also needs to be alot more sanitary
