Mr. Michael P. Zachan, also known as Mike serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Wireless Networks Business Unit at CalAmp Corp. and served as its General Manager and Vice President of Aercept business unit since October 2008. Prior to joining CalAmp, Mr. Zachan was President of BridgeWorks Group. Prior to BridgeWorks, Mr. Zachan served as Vice President of Airborne Products of DPAC Technologies Corp., prior to Reverse Merger With QuaTech, Inc. since April,13 2004. Mr. Zachan was responsible for the definition, development, engineering and production of the Airborne Wireless LAN node module and its related products. He has been involved with DPAC as a consultant in the development of the Airborne wireless LAN node module since its inception. He has 30 years of electronics and communications management experience to DPAC. Mr. Zachan served as the Vice President and P&L Manager of Conexant Systems, Inc. and the President of Computer Peripherals International. Mr. Zachan holds a BSEE degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from California State University, Fullerton. .
