good package and fair package

They gave a 3% salary increase every year, that's nothing

highly responsible and involved in daily work

Better communication and integration, we're so distant
Engineering runs very lean and has a workaholic culture.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the leaders are working towards the same goal. High confidence in the business.

HR should start implementing better employee services and benefits

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
CalAmp needs an actual process for technical interviews. Right now they don't really evaluate technical ability.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our stock price is on the floor, bad decisions have been made by the ELT.
