Mr. Stephen M. Moran, Esq., serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at LoJack Corporation. Mr. Moran has been Senior Vice President of CalAmp Corp since May 11, 2016 and has been its General Counsel since 2015 and has been its Secretary since 2017. Mr. Moran oversees CalAmp's global legal affairs and compliance. In 2013, he joined CalAmp as the Vice President of Legal Affairs and served as its Vice President since 2015. With more than 18 years of experience as a general counsel in both public and private global high-tech companies, Mr. Moran has built and led legal teams dedicated to pragmatically assisting companies in successfully achieving their business goals and strategies. Mr. Moran joined CalAmp from Beachbody, LLC and previously served as the General Counsel for Globus Medical, Inc. Mr. Moran began his in-house legal career with ITT Corporation where he served in increasingly responsible positions before being appointed general counsel of ITT Cannon. Mr. Moran served as an Executive Vice President of Human Capital, General Counsel and Secretary of Masimo Corporation since July 2008. Mr. Moran served as Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. since June 5, 2007 and served as its Chief Legal Officer. From February 2003 to June 2007, he served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. From January 2000 to May 29, 2003, he served as both Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary and Vice President of Human Resources of Intersil Corporation. He joined Intersil Corporation in January 2000. Prior to joining Intersil Corporation, he served with Toshiba America, Inc. from September 1996 to January 2000. Before joining Intersil, Mr. Moran served as the Vice President and General Counsel for Toshiba America Electronic Components, Inc. (Toshiba America's Semiconductor Company) from January 1998 to January 2000. From March 1992 to September 1996, he served as the General Counsel of ITT Cannon, Inc., an ITT Industries corporation. He serves as a Member of the bars of California, Colorado, the District of Columbia and the Supreme Court of the United States. He is admitted to practice law in California, Colorado and the District of Columbia. He also served as a captain in the U.S. Army and later as a lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He earned a Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and a B.A. in Political Science from Claremont McKenna College.
