Mr. Kenneth H. Hannah, also known as Ken, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Caleres, Inc. since February 16, 2015 and as its Principal Accounting Officer since February 16, 2016. Mr. Hannah served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at J. C. Penney Corporation, Inc. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of J. C. Penney Company, Inc. from May 2012 to March 23, 2014. He served as an Executive Vice President and President of Solar Materials at SunEdison, Inc. from October 2009 to May 6, 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. from April 27, 2006 to November 2, 2009 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer until November 2, 2009. Mr. Hannah held key financial leadership positions at The Home Depot, Inc., The Boeing Company and General Electric Company. He served as Senior Vice President of MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. from April 27, 2006 to October 2009. Mr. Hannah was employed by The Home Depot, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, covering all aspects of The Home Depot's operations in the United States, Mexico and Canada. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance, supporting all Home Depot stores in the United States and Mexico, as well as store operations and the global supply chain for the $80 billion home improvement retailer. Before Home Depot, he worked as Vice President for The Boeing Company where he led the audit and financial planning functions. Mr. Hannah also held senior finance positions at several GE divisions in his career. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Saint Louis University.
