What do you like best about the leadership team?
The emphasis on how we do business being as important as the business we do.

I think our CEO has a clear vision for how to win in the future relative to the changing retail landscape.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leaderships team lack of knowledge of all channels of distribution is detrimental to the brands.
Very inconsistent and not able to properly train the new employees
Reward the good workers instead of rewarding the bad
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the affordability and my overall coverage
Bonus eligibility and yearly raises
Bonuses ans 401k match and profit sharing
Extremely fair base pay and great 401k match
Package is competitive relative to the local market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The offer I accepted was for $19/hr and I was paid $17.50/ through out my employment which was six months.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People care about the quality of their work and how they treat eachother.
Willing to help each other
We get along and are always willing to help each other out
Creative, fun, passionate and hardworking people. Great to be around.
My direct team is a highly skilled group of high character people. Adjacent teams aren't as skilled and the organization is too quick to move internal candidates into new roles that they aren't qualified for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Proper training would be significant improvement to the quality of work performed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When everyone was present they would pitch in and help

The alignment is what everyone was telling me about the company.
Currently, its pretty quick without the assessment
