Mr. Stevan R. Schott, also known as Steve, has been an Executive Vice President of Advanced Materials, Manufacturing and Equipment Division at Calgon Carbon Corporation since January 1, 2016. Mr. Schott served as the Chief Financial Officer of Calgon Carbon Corporation since July 2010 until January 1, 2016 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President until January 1, 2016. Mr. Schott joined Calgon Carbon in 2007 as Executive Director of Finance and served as its Vice President, Finance since 2008 with responsibility for its U.S. and Asia accounting, tax, treasury, planning and risk management functions, as well as all external financial reporting. He served as a Vice President of Calgon Carbon Corporation since July 2010. Mr. Schott served as Vice President of Finance of Duquesne Light Holdings Inc. from September 2005 to March 2, 2007 and of its subsidiary, Duquesne Light Company from October 2005 to March 2, 2007. Mr. Schott served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duquesne Light Holdings Inc. from August 2003 to September 2005 and Duquesne Light Co. until October 2005. Mr. Schott served as Vice President and Controller of Duquesne Light Holdings Inc. and Duquesne Light Co., from October 2001 to August 2003. He served as Vice President of Finance and Customer Service of Duquesne Light Co. from August 2000 to October 2001. Mr. Schott served as Controller of DQE Financial, a subsidiary of DQE, Inc. from September 1998 to August 1999. He served as Senior Manager and was Public Utilities Specialist at Deloitte & Touche LLP from September 1993 to September 1998. He served as a Director of Duquesne Light Co. since April 2003 until October 2005. Mr. Schott earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
