What is the best part about your compensation package?

The bonus system and spot bonus

very fair comparable to previous employers

Pay and monthly bonus, insurance benefits were also decently priced.

Just a body in the room. Everybody out for themselves

I get paid overtime not by time and half but 1.15/hr. If you fund 1 loan a month you will only get paid $90 for it.
