What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always available for coaching
Theyre approachability Always willing to teach you!
I think they reacted quickly with Covid.

Understanding some days are good. Some days are bad.
Communication!! Engagement!!! Motivation! Basic Mortgage knowledge and proper HR etiquette

Communication and paying people what they were offered. Do no over work people a do not retaliate when people speak up and request what is rightfully yours. Pay promised and break periods.
Make the training assessable to everyone to understand it also There should be some room for growth and there isn't
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus system and spot bonus
very fair comparable to previous employers
Pay and monthly bonus, insurance benefits were also decently priced.

I get paid overtime not by time and half but 1.15/hr. If you fund 1 loan a month you will only get paid $90 for it.

Being paid what was offered and no misleading promises. I would gave liked to be managed properly.
I think we should be vested in our 401k after 1 year
