What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the open lines of communication and transparency that the Executive team demonstrates. Additionally, although the team is based in another state, they make a point to make onsite visits regularly. Lastly, they also treat every employee like a valued individual, never just another number

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base pay is quite good.
Pay is the best benefits ok for a small company
The company generously contributes towards an HSA account and 401k, along with annual bonus and raise.

What are some of the best things about your team?
First line manager really cares about his reports.
Cooperative project management. Sharing of ideas and content. Friendly and positive interactions are a way of work with Calcas.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Management has favorites. If they get rid of that things would be better.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I make a difference in my company and in the communities we serve.

The interview process ensures the company and applicant are a good fit to reduce turnover and a waste of time for both parties.

What makes you most happy at work?
I most enjoy the freedom to manage my work and time myself. I don't feel micromanaged or that I'm ever being checked up on, unless assistance is requested.
