Lately, it has become harder to stay positive, with extremely few staff, loyal ones feeling abused, people not showing up for work, I come to work for my customers, who know my name, and love to come and be treated like my family, enjoy the food and conversations.

We have a lot of regulars and people really used to love it but about two years ago, everything started changing and now it just feels like a lot of complaints and every time I go to work, there's something new and there's some new thing that I have to inform the guest anout.

We need to stop focusing on labor costs becuase when we cut servers to early to keep up with labor customers get bad service and complain

Executive team is uncaring and out of touch

stop misleading the employees and talking about fairness. The company keeps talking about how unfairly they have been treated by Landlords, but then turn around and do not pay their vendors for goods and services.

I feel like I’m treated unfairly by the management. I also feel like they don’t listen
