Mr. Todd A. Stevens has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of California Resources Corporation since July 2014. Mr. Stevens served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Occidental Petroleum Corporation from August 2012 to July 2014 and Vice President of Acquisitions and Corporate Finance from October 14, 2004 to 2012. He has led Occidental's growth-focused initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, land management and worldwide exploration and has played a key role in the capital allocation process. From 2008 to 2012, he was Vice President, California Operations, for Occidental. He joined Occidental in 1995 and has filled a series of progressively more responsible roles in the Corporate Development Department. Most recently, he served as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, with responsibility for evaluating and developing strategic and business opportunities, including restructuring alternatives, mergers and acquisitions and asset dispositions. He has been a Director of California Resources Corporation since July 2014. Mr. Stevens holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy.
