Vision share. Meeting minutes. Data share at top of any meeting.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Flight risks get raises only. No reveiws for performance. Hope and see if raises are coming is not a strategy

Culture is top down. My team is small and thus good at communicating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture and environment is what YOU make it. I'm happy because I choose to be. Management only needs to be visible but nothing more.
