What is the best part about your compensation package?
That it's reevaluated more than just once a year. If I have an achievement (certification, etc.) that benefits the company, my pay reflects that.
Performance based pay means that I'm able to increase my compensation based on merit and effort. No politics, just performance!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

You won't find a better group of people looking to do something good. My values align with this company, so I am truly blessed to work with such great people.

Coming to a place where everyone is on the same team, even if they're in different departments. Everyone has the same goal: to treat the customers right and help each other succeed.
I love that my work is challenging and that I get to make an impact. I love that I am trusted to do my job and that the owners truly care about the employees.
